Q: How can I get support?
I've tried using the chat option for support. It's really unsatisfactory. Is there any other support person? I'm told emails need to be verified and that happens on the platform but I'm waiting for days before this happens and cannot send emails.

2aec84be741b41739eecb15c96e7c4a0I've sent an email. The chat is not live it's a bot and when I get a response from Praveen it's not helpful and does not resolve the issue. I'm using another platform to send. It's really disappointing I have not been able to use your platform for months. I get promised that issues are resolved but they are not.

Last time I sent an email as you requested nothing happened. Honestly I've sent this email using Send Fox and I've resigned myself to have lost my money on this purchase. I really want others to have a better experience. I'm a business owner can I suggest that you look through the chat I'm sending and the responses I get so you understand for yourself what is happening.
