I paid for tier 3 back in 2023
I paid for tier 3 back in 2023. Now I log on, and find that I have been reduced to a free account. It seems there is a dispute over payment, however, I did pay $50 US. It appears that Gozen has punished its customers when the problem should be taken with the party that hasn't paid. Will this get resolved? Or will those that are affected with the downgraded to free account get a refund? This seems extremely unprofessional, and sours my impression of not only Gozen, but also of the other party. Please fix this.
