Q: Purchased Plan is not working

Hello,

The plan purchased is not working. Can you help?
1. Most of templates are not available, because they ask me to purchase an upgrade. There are a lot mark as "premium" so NOT Available

2. AI also NOT possible without buying a Premium plan.

So, how it works?
is there an additional indication of the AI use need to create works?

Thanks for the prompt reply. I reintroduced the code,it seems it didn't register initially when creating the account.
Templates and AI is working.
I didn't make any further update. Let me know if still missing something.
