A: Hi there, sorry to hear you are having issues switching the UI language. Could you double check that you are on version 1.15.1 or newer? You can see the version at the bottom of the App Settings Screen (last icon in the bottom menu).
If you are on that version or newer and still don't see the app change languages, please email us at support (at) hedy.bot so we can look into this for you!
You mention roadmap a few times in responses to AppSumo questions, but I don't see a roadmap anywhere on your website or on the Appsumo page. Highly recommend you have a public roadmap that people can input feature suggestions and notate identified bugs (assuming you don't have that already, and if you do, please make it more visible and accessible).

Tbh, our development velocity is pretty high right now and we are always taking new feedback into account, so we don't plan feature development more than 30 days out (with exception of some really big items, such as the desktop app). Unfortunately, Hedy stops recording you after 5 to 10 minutes. Regardless if I use other apps or not. How to fix this? I have Samsung Galaxy S23. Thank you.
A: Thanks for the question! Unfortunately at this time Hedy is not able to listen to phone conversations on the same device due to the phone manufacturers' privacy settings. We are continually looking at options to enable Hedy hearing phone conversations. At this time, we recommend installing Hedy on multiple devices (such as a tablet) and having the call on speakerphone for the second device to...
Hi Julian, this is an absolute huge issue. Other software products can support recording while actively using a phone microphone, so I can't see how this cannot be done here as well. Other than this - and I must say again HUGE ISSUE - this is a great product. I bought two licenses just to support you guys. Now fix this issue- if privacy is the prob, then just make it a disclosure with opt-in.
Thanks for your passionate feedback. We would love to add capturing phone calls, but unfortunately it's not natively possible on the device. Every iPhone app that I'm aware of that provides phone call recording does so via conference calls, calling a server and adding it to the call than then captures the conversation. This is completely different and incompatible with Hedy's architecture.
On Android, apps that I know of that allow capturing phone calls do so by side-loading apps outside of Google Play. Those apps are in a constant cat-and-mouse game with Android to circumvent their privacy protections.
We will continue to look for solutions to capture phone calls that offer a good user experience and are compatible with Hedy's on-device processing.

Is it possible to change the time in 24hrs. Because when i get an email with my summary the time is in AM/PM

Q: How to use on own phone call?
I tried using the app when having a phone call on the same phone. It did not pickup the conversation at all.
Any way to get this to work this way?

You can use your Hedy license on unlimited devices. Just make sure to log into each device with the same account.
