A: Thanks for the questions! Unfortunately at this time the phone operating systems don't allow Hedy to listen to conversations happening on the same devices (phone calls, whatsapp, etc). We are continually looking for a way to enable that functionality though.

If you have the call on speakerphone though, you can definitely use a second device to listen and provide realtime feedback. You can use a second phone, tablet, or Mac to listen to the conversation and use Hedy as usual there. You can install Hedy on several devices, and as long as you log in with the same account your license will carry over.
