Zero support
The product really doesn't have any support at all. No one gets back to you when writing to support. The login function breaks daily. Cname stopped working months ago and now no room can be uniquely branded.. It's really disappointing because the concept is good and the tool looks great but with it constantly crashing and literally ZERO support it makes it functionally useless.

Regarding the custom domain (CNAME) setup, we recently migrated our service provider to improve overall performance and security.
