I purchased HeySummit with confidence, mainly based on recent reviews and the company’s track record (founded 2019). I haven’t used the platform for a real event yet, but I had the chance to meet the founder, who answered all my questions about the features I need:

Built-in affiliate system
Possibility to sell an “all-access pass” including all event replays
Flexibility to use different hosting providers depending on the stage: for example, Bunny for live summit streaming and Vimeo or Gumlet for replay access for customers
I also had an in-depth conversation with Jerica via the email support service to clarify how attendees are counted. She provided detailed information on all the resources available to help get started with the platform.

With HeySummit, I expect to save a lot of time on technical setup (creating pages for each conference, central conference page, registration and order pages…), as well as on managing speakers (collecting all necessary information to communicate and populate their pages). To be confirmed after testing!

I will update my review after I’ve used HeySummit for my first online event.
