I just bought and cancelled because I checked manually a few times, and it showed up in the AI overview and not in your platform. But then I realized that in the AI overview, there was a space between the brand name, but I entered them together in your platform. But the URL was the same. Would this cause your tool not to pick it up?.
A: Typically if you write a prompt in German it'll respond in German so I don't see why it wouldn't work. I don't speak it so I haven't tested that language specifically but you can always try it with the AppSumo 60 day refund guarantee.
This looks really interesting but I'm kind of confused as to how it works because I see each tier has a different number of tracked prompts. What exactly is a prompt? Does that mean it will only track links/recommendations to our website if a specific keyword/phrase that we are tracking is used in the convo?
A: So how it works is you put in your brand name, then you put in different prompts for it to see if your brand name shows up in the response to that prompt.
For example, if you're an electrician in Salt Lake City, UT and you put your prompt as "Top 10 electricians in Salt Lake City, UT" it would track if your brand name shows up in that. And you can do that for as many prompts as your plan...
Does it only track mentions tied to a prompt tho or will it track total mentions regardless of promp? I guess what im looking for is more of a reverse engineering tool. Instead of me trying to guess what keywords were used to get my brand mentioned, Id rather track all mentions and have the AI tell me which keyword was used to inspire the mention.

Ya this is my concern. I did a quick search and it sounds like as of now, the only way to track mentions beyond referrer (which you can do in GA4) is to run a script that checks for a keyword/phrase daily so yes, I believe spelling and grammar matters unless the script is also set to check common variations.
Q: AI Overview appearances for competitors by filtering search queries.
I want to identify which AI Overviews our competitors appear in by filtering search queries — this would help us create content that directly answers those questions.
Can Highlighted.ai help us do something similar: identify the AI Overview queries our competitors show up for, so we can create targeted content around them?
A: Yes, Highlighted.ai can help with that — with a slight distinction. You can add competitors directly into your tracking setup, and Highlighted will monitor when they show up for the specific AI Overview prompts you’re already tracking.
That said, it doesn’t automatically discover every prompt your competitors appear in (since, technically, the prompt space is infinite). Instead, it’s best used...
Q: Do you have any plans to add sentiment analysis?
Do you have an plans to add sentiment analysis, as a number of similar tools do? Mentions can be good or bad, sentiment analysis can enable alerts when there's an issue that can give a manager a heads up that there's something that needs to be addressed. It's much more useful than merely mentions alone.
Q: Space or exact match question

Q: Does it work in German language?
Hi,
Does it work in German language?
Most tools only work well in English.
Did you checked it?
