Q: Can You Remove Tracked Brands from Account?
How easy is it to remove brands that are being tracked from the account? For example, let's say I have a tier 2 plan, and I want to remove a brand and replace it with a different brand, is it easy to do? Can brands be added or changed at any time?

May 1, 2025A: Yes, you can absolutely remove or swap out tracked brands anytime—super easily.
In Highlighted.ai, each brand you’re tracking is part of a "project." If you want to stop tracking a brand, just delete the project from your dashboard—it’s a one-click action. That also removes all the associated prompts and data for that brand.
You can then create a new project to track a different brand whenever you'd like, as long as you're within your plan's limit. If you remove one brand, you can immediately replace it with another.
Also worth noting: you can add competitor brands to any project. Highlighted will run the same prompt checks for them, giving you a side-by-side view of how one brand stacks up against competitors.
