May I ask what does this mean? I am a photographer, and i would love to upload 5gb of photos, and allow hopper to constantly create posts. Can hopper do this so I just upload photos and then forget?
and how does this 60 days work. Will all the photos be deleted, and then i have to reupload the same photos again? Thank you
A: Hey there, photographer friend! 📸 I think there might be a bit of confusion about our storage policy. It's actually 6 months, not 60 days! So you get a much longer window to work with your beautiful photos. Here's the scoop on how our storage works: We keep your published posts in the system for 6 months after they go live. After that time, the posts get removed from your dashboard to keep...
Q: Giving clients separate access to their account
Hi, I am a bit confused from the Q&A section regarding this topic. I would like to send clients their access to HopperHQ, they will take care of everything themselves... Is that possible? Or would you call this "White Label"? Or: Who would take tier 4, meaning he/she has 20 sets themselves???
I totally get your question about client access - it's a common one!
While we don't have a full white-label solution (where your clients would see your branding instead of ours), we do have something super helpful: our permission system! Here's how it works: • You can add your clients as team members • Set specific permissions for each client • They'll only see and access the...
Hello, I upload videos every day. They weigh around 100 megabytes each. What does that mean in terms of storage? Because even if I buy the 5-gigabyte one, it won't be enough for me. Is there a way to disable the option to save them?
Great question about storage! If you're uploading 100MB videos daily, I totally understand your concern about running out of space quickly. The amount of storage you'll need really depends on how far in advance you're scheduling your content. For example, if you schedule posts 30 days ahead, that's about 3GB of video storage right there!
That is exactly true. A media is only counted when there's a post attached to it, and 6 months after publication when the post is deleted, it will be deleted as well.
Q: Tagging individuals on LinkedIn
Currently the platform I use to schedule LinkedIn posts is great for my needs. Its only flaw is the inability to tag people and companies in scheduled posts -- so I have to create such posts directly on LinkedIn. Does Hopper HQ provide that capability?
A: Hi there! 👋 Thanks for asking about LinkedIn tagging!
You've hit on something we're aware of and have plans for! Until recently, our UI made tagging tricky because posts would go to multiple platforms at once (and each platform has its own tagging style - yikes!). 😅
The good news? We recently launched our "split captions" feature! This awesome update lets you schedule the same media to...
Thanks for your question about Facebook groups! Currently, Hopper HQ doesn't support posting to Facebook Groups - whether you're an admin or just a regular member. It's a limitation we're aware of.
However, we do fully support Facebook Pages! As long as you have publishing permissions for a Facebook Page, we can absolutely connect to it and schedule posts on your behalf. 🙌 We...

Q: Schedule post to Facebook groups you’re not an admin of
Hi, does this allow you to schedule a post to a Facebook group that you are not an admin of that you were just a member of?
