Q: What happens to storage once a post is published?
Hi, I'm using your system to publish short videos; your 2gb storage limit is more than enough for a month or two of videos that I'm scheduling, but what happens once the videos are published? Does that storage space then become available again? I can't see any way to manually manage the storage myself.

Nov 29, 2024A: Hey there! 🌟
Let me break down how storage works in Hopper HQ, especially for your video content:
Storage Management Explained:
- Your uploaded media (like those short videos) counts towards your 2GB storage limit
- As long as a media file is connected to a post, it takes up storage space
- Deleting a post or removing media from a post will free up that storage space 🗑️
Here's the cool part about our storage cleanup:
- Six months after a post is published, it automatically gets deleted
- This auto-deletion helps free up your storage space without you lifting a finger 🕒
Current Limitations:
Right now, you can't manually delete posts from your History
But don't worry! Our team is working on bringing this feature in 2024 ✨
If you're running low on storage, just give us a shout, and we'll help clear some space 👋
