It has been down for weeks if not months... If the service is not working the I should be getting a refund... It's merely a few months into the purchase and this happened.... Would AppSumo Team look into this???

Q: Why pro section is not accessible

With my appsumo code hyperindex pro is not accessible, there is no other plan on appsumo.

Also I am not able to find / search the desired stocks, is there any way to search the stocks and add alert.

Q: Top 2 tickers

Hi
As a Platinum member I would have expected this to be higher or equivalent to "Pro" which btw is not a choice in the plan menu.

Why are the top 2 tickers blurred out? There was no mention anywhere we would need a higher level sub unless I am missing something.
