Hypermedia lab is truly outstanding. It has opened up so many possibilities that I didn't even know I could because it just didn't exist in such a simple manner as this before.

Recording a video is a breeze and attaching files at set intervals is way too easy. It works great out of the box. I currently use a combination of BerryCast + Wave.Video but I think I might switch to this now as it can do all of that in a single platform.

Some areas for improvement include making the UX more intuitive. Currently to proceed to the next step you need to clcik on a button on the right lower corner of the screen as oppposed to prominently in the middle. Small improvements like that can make a huge improvement. also, occassionaly some of the messages that pop up are in Spanish, which i don't mind but English would make it more user friendly for my case.

The founder Mario is responsive and he seems to have a vision for the product which I like. The fact that the parent company have been in business for long and has some esteemed clients is very reassuring to hear.
