Q: Why IKI removed my old libraries?
After 5-6 months IKI removed my all saved libraries. I don't know why they removed my all private libraries. I am using that to get quick answer from official sources.
Even their support team is too slow and not providing proper solution. UI related issue I reported 2-3 times but still no activity performed.
They just grab the new customers from this(AppSumo) platform and then leave it everything on customer.

Due to the major update in IKI and the addition of Team Spaces, some small bugs have occurred. We have already fixed most of them, and today we are rolling out the final updates.
Regarding your case with the library, our technical team is working on a separate fix. The library is safe and intact, it just isn’t displaying in the dashboard without a forced page refresh.
We will notify you again here once the final update is live.
Today I checked the web interface; now it looks like everything is working fine. I hope to receive this quality of support from your side all the time. Thank you.
