first of all its a good tool - i would like to request one more feature - pomodoro timer.

and i want to getting any reminders of the task also its not showing in my google cal.

I just got this app and tested it out. I would say it has potential. I'm giving it 4 stars because there is some repetition in the tool when it comes to adding things—whether it's a goal, habit, daily planner, or task, the format and fields are the same and could be a bit more flexible.

Also, the Dashboard isn't editable. It would be nice if the widgets were customizable so we could choose what to display. For example, finance information is not useful to me. The daily planner and tasks have no link, which seems strange. If I use the daily planner to time-block my tasks or meetings, it would be helpful for that to be reflected in the task widget rather than being separate.

I use another tool called "structured.app" which I believe does a better job with time-blocking and tasks in a simpler format. If the daily planner and daily tasks had an option to sync, that would be much better for me. I would recommend the owners of this tool to check out the app "Structured" for inspiration on how to integrate those features.

Anyway, I'll keep this tool and stay hopeful that the owners will implement some of my feedback in upcoming features :)

I bought it because I saw many positive reviews here. However, one of its major functions is to get sync of my google calendar. However, after connecting my google calendar, I can't make few alterations on the dashboard of Illumtori. So, I disconnect the sync between them, and I independently build up my calendar on the dashboard of Illumtori; nevertheless, it's not flexible to make many changes, such as only using my mouse to extend the time duraion (Google calendar can do so). The only solution is to connect my google calendar again, to make modifications on my google calendar, and then to get back my Illumtori.

This is supposed to be a tool to increase my productivity, but it does the contrary thing towards it.

For what I want this software for, to organise my goals and habits and personal project management, it's great. I love its simplicity and ease of use which is its superpower.

It's very intuitive, and simple to use and set up. You don't need a PHD in tech to get it working, which is very refreshing. I can see everything I want to see, where I want to see it, without having to click away. For me, what they say they do, they do very well, without the overwhelm.

Other software I've tried has needed a huge learning curve, only to find out it is clunky and hard to work my way around.

The support when I had a question was fast and they obviously care.

I'm definitely keeping this, and am excited to see where is goes in the future.

At this price, the price of 6 coffees, you can't go wrong. And it's lifetime deal.

After spending some time playing with Illumtori it's not bad at all. I used to use timelinr, but they went offline, so I have been searching for a task management system that I can use on a desktop, the plus with this SaaS is that they have a mobile app which is perfect for quick and easy access for completing daily habits and milestones.
I have it synced with my Google, but it's not really needed due to the small features like checklist inside a task. It's the beginning of a new year, so this app is perfect since it seems to help push self accountability.
The app is not perfect tags could have more colors. You should be able to duplicate a task for another day instead of having to recreate a task that you set for Monday then re type it for Wednesday. You only get three goals, it seems. and there should be an option for long term and short term and not limited to three. This might be on their roadmap if not I hope its looked into.
