Q: Google will mark you as spam

You say you’re using the index API to get pages indexed.

Google has always said that the API should only be used for news items and job posting. Recently they added that any site that submits other content will be marked as spam.

Using this tool seems like paying money to get a Google penalty.

A: We’re aware of the guidelines surrounding the index API and take them seriously. We ensure that we’re not spamming the API; we respect the quotas set by Google. Websites typically get marked as spam for excessive usage of the API.
Indexguru provides an option to test the API on your site, allowing you to monitor the results. We understand there are risks involved, which is why we offer a 60-day refund period to help you test the app with confidence. Keep in mind that outcomes can vary based on your content and website structure.
