Hi is it possible to allow more tier or codes for multi CNAME under the same account?
And may be also a file quested or password request with encrypted data.

You can only have one domain per workspace, so if you need multiple domains, you need to create a new workspace.
Files and data can be requested via the "Public Sharing URL". If you have an account, you can find that in the "Domain" settings.
