Q: Need help!!!
I requested identity confirmation through Stripe on November 3rd at 11:18 PM, but as of today, the button is still active, and pressing it does nothing. Without identity confirmation, I can't access the data I need. I have submitted all my company documents and confirmed the company. I tried sending an email on November 6, but I haven't received any response. I also sent an email yesterday. I would need support, please... email: vbellini@securityhub.it. Could it be because I changed my reference email in the meantime? Could you maybe reset the request so I can try submitting it again? Please help me.

Edited Nov 20, 2024A: Please use the verification support email to manage verification request. Our system partners with authorized verification services to confirm the entity of organization looking to access sensitive data. This process is enforced for legal reasons.
We cannot arbitrary approve a failed Stripe verification. Please make sure you use a valid, legal and matching form of ID.
