Not user friendly for a Novice
Customer Services takes too long to get a reply. Seriously. Days later. What if I happed to be a company in dire straits? Also, I get the impression that they don't care if you are trying to build and agency...that will help keep them in business. That they are put off by your questions. No issues with the software so far. Sad, to fail because of Customer Service. But that's why Amazon excelled and Walmart has fallen back. Sometimes, you just want to be pointed in the correct direction the FIRST time. So, I am givng them 3 stars.

We met with you and spent an hour explaining how to use the platform. We also recommended basic cybersecurity trainning resources since you plan to start your own agency.
We also explained that dns settings are not something we control and this has to be done with your DNS provider. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it. You kept opening tickets requesting things that are outside of our control.
Finally: YES. this is a cybersecurity tool. This and any SaaS tool requieres basic knowledge of computers, and the ability to at least distinguish between a password reset and an account activation.
