Q: Can answers include links to resources?
Looks very interesting in relation to Pickaxe which is what i was previously looking at...
If i have an existing help site with links to detailed knowledge articles can i configure InterChat to provide links to these knowledge articles when contextually relevant to the response they provide?
If i, for instance, add a spreadsheet that includes links to serve when they reference certain other phrases in their response.
EG in the context of a project management tool - imagine a user asks about setting up a risk register, could IC not only provide their considered response but a link to further resources?

Sorry Zak, really wanted to be IC cheerleader but... just saying 'configure your chatbot properly' is serious unhelpful in light of:
- No body of knowledge for us to be able to help ourselves.
- Support function is 48-72 hrs and may come back with 1 word answer unrelated to support request.
I *love* the possibility of IC.
I *HOPE* you get support sorted, it is critical to any serious business.

Are you asking a hypothetical question and then complaining about a lack of knowledge base to help yourself without even trying to help yourself by doing it first? Because if you tried it, you would already know that it works by default that way.
" If you tried it, you would already know that it works by default that way" - yep, not only have i tried it and found it not working as it should but i have painstakingly combed discord and even here for help... before contacting you and receiving a one word reply via Support a few days later in which it was obvious you hadn't read the clear request for help.
I have also run through ideas and options and done a lot of troubleshooting myself.
I only reached out for support when InsertChat was *not* reflecting the training i had provided it, after spending many hours troubleshooting myself.
I was hoping for a more constructive answer or offer to help.
It is clear from my experience and comments here and elsewhere that you need expanded support

Hi Zak, i sent it yesterday 1615h UTC to zak [at] emails [dot] insertchat [dot] com which was the email previously used. It has *ChamonixCat via AppSumo* as the subject line. I'm not on discord but can re-send or forward to a different email if that helps?
Zak - over the last week+ i have now posted support requests via the app, email, here and also discord as requested - i recorded a loom video describing what my issue is and how i have already attempted to resolve it - support seems like a black hole atm, please can you review and respond?
Hello, we only do support via discord from now on. we have a lot of requests, and you will have to wait. pushing your request from every side won’t help speed up the process and will create more congestion. It’s a queue, and when we get to your request, we will process it. if you can’t wait, kindly ask for a refund.
Okay, I have patiently used the support channels in the order they were provided.
Initially that was via the app and later you said only discord.
There is no ‘pushing from every side’, simply following changing support channels and continuing to wait.
