Refund Request After Lack of Support

I'm reviewing this after requesting a full refund. From the reviews, it seems like a good SaaS. I usually get the highest tier to support developers, but after investigating to see if there was any support given for set up...the best course of action was punching the refund button on all my codes. Several attempts at reaching out to support were made, but getting no reply after a month, I couldn't justify investing in this. I did get an email from them a few days ago, which is why I remembered to give them a review. Their email read ""We noticed that the AppSumo codes you purchased for Insighto.ai have been returned by you and refunded by AppSumo. If you wish to continue using Insighto.ai, we request you kindly upgrade to the suitable plan as per your use." Either donate to them or investigate before you invest!
