Q: Integration Questions
1. Do you plan on integrating with Square in the near future? I love them so much more than Stripe.
2. Do you plan on integrating with WooCommerce (and Shopify)? It would be amazing if:
- there was a direct integration so we don't have to manually update inventory in Invoiless.
- the invoice was automatically emailed to the customer when they select "Invoice" as the payment option during check out.
- in WooCommerce, when you select "send order details to customer" from the order actions dropdown, its possible to have the Invoiless invoice attached to the email so customers can easily make their payment.

2. WooCommerce: Currently, you can easily achieve this using no-code tools like n8n, Make, or Pabbly. These tools allow you to receive events from WooCommerce (e.g., when an order is completed) and send the data to Invoiless to automatically create and send an invoice. While we may consider a native integration in the future, it’s not in our immediate plans. In the meantime, we highly recommend leveraging no-code solutions, as they are incredibly effective for automating these workflows. (Keep an eye on our blog—we’ll be sharing examples soon, including a WooCommerce workflow you can easily copy and use!)
