Q: Vendor management and subscription payments?

Hello, I'm looking to consolidate the following features into one wing for my single-user business:
1. receiving payments from clients (one-time and recurring subscription payments),
2. payout to vendors, and
3. connecting directly to my bank account for account activity tracking for categorizing income and expenses. Would need the ability to download categorized transactions as a spreadsheet.

Can you confirm if these are existing features or if any of these are in y our roadmap?

I noticed in one of your comments that you mentioned offering vendor support, but I don't see it listed under the plan. Can you clarify how this works? Can I add vendors and their payment information and dispatch payments through the system?

A: Hi harini2!

1. Yes, you can create both one-time and recurring invoices.
2. For vendor payouts, you can handle these directly through your payment provider. (like Stripe)
3. Currently, you can import transactions (income & expenses) via CSV file. Bank connection with automatic categorization is on our roadmap.

Vendor management is on our roadmap as "Providers". For now, you can use customers and link payments from the transactions page.

Most of these features will be included in Invoiless v2: https://invoiless.com/roadmap. We've also launched a Discord community for feature discussions: https://invoiless.com/community

Thanks! ๐Ÿ˜Š

Hello Ay, could you let me know if you have these in your roadmap?

Thank you Ay, For vendor payments, I want to have direct bank-to-bank payments. I see in your roadmap for payment gateways, but that does not have bank connections for this purpose. In your roadmap it seems like bank connection primarily targets statement imports for expense/income tracking? Looking for service similar to bill.com. please let me know?
