Tbh, It hasn't missed a beat since I've had it and I've been giving it a good work out. Haven't had any issues with support whatsoever. This is a really good buy for the price - honestly it's a bloody steal. Happy to support this developer and team. Solid job guys 💪🏼😎

I have reached out to the service team for direction on how to apply the download on another device. I have gotten (2) 1 sentence responses in nearly a week of inquiry. The issue is that we wanted to download the app on a another device from the one we originally downloaded. I got a response that the registration has been reset. I asked for more instruction and explanation because we do not know how to apply the download on the other device because we no longer can access it due to the reset. We never asked for a reset, we were asking how do we move it to another device. We have sent numerous emails detailing the situation and NOT one time have they dealt with the issue or addressed it. We have purchased nearly 100 apps through APPSUMO, we are not new to the process. WE STILL CAN NOT ACCESS the app nor use the downloader. We have asked for instructions of how to access the download since the reset, which was done without our consent. The service is slow and terrible. We are probably going to cancel and also contact APPSUMO customer service .

This works just like you would expect. I haven't tried it for anything but YouTube videos, but that is the primary reason I purchased it.

I’ve used YT-dlp for years to download videos, but eventually, the hassle of using the command line started to wear on me. After some research, I came across iTubeGo. It took me about a month of consideration before purchasing, but I’m so glad I did—it was absolutely worth it.

iTubeGo offers everything I need, from downloading individual files to entire playlists. The user interface is intuitive and a major step up from my previous experience. As someone who creates a lot of videos for clients, I occasionally need to grab assets from their YouTube channels. With iTubeGo, I can do that quickly and easily, saving me valuable time.

The only hiccup I experienced was after reformatting my computer. I forgot to register the product again, but their customer support team was fantastic. They reset my key within 24 hours, and I was even able to use the trial version while waiting. Overall, iTubeGo has been an excellent tool with great customer service to match.

I've only just bought this, and already spent 40 mins trying the simple task of downloading a FB vid. First, a box with cookies approval pops up. And STAYS there, with both buttons to either accept or decline not doing a thing, it's just not responding to pressing on anything.

Many attempts later (closing the app and re-opening) it finally disappears, only to tell me it can't download the FB video.
It tells me to do this in the 'build-in browser'. Once there, I was prompted to log into FB, however, no matter how many times I click on various buttons, NOTHING happens. Again, completely unresponsive.

Finally, ages later and a few more times closing the app and re-opening, it tells me it sent an approval link to my FB. I had to wait almost 10 mins for that. I thought it was finally sorted. But no, the bar for entering the video URL is not responsive, so I get to see my FB Home page.

I try AGAIN to exit the app and re-open, just to find that I need to go through the whole FB verification again, and again buttons and clicks do absolutely nothing. It just sits there frozen.

And BTW, even exiting the app you can't do by clicking the 'x' button in the corner, I had to do it by right-clicking the icon on my task bar. This programme is unresponsive, doesn't do what it should, and at least for non-YouTube vids, seems useless. It just wasted almost an hour of my time just trying to get it to work.
