I see you updated it to include the webhooks in the lower tiers which was a good move but still feel the tiers are off. Not everyone needs a lot of license so to have to pay for all those people to get custom prompts just don’t make sense for alot of people. You should drop it to like tier 3 which I bet you would get a lot more small teams to buy it. This is great for sales teams but generally we are like 3-5 and need the custom prompts which is the size of companies on appsumo so your just off on your tier structure. We like the tool so hope you can adjust it to make sense for most teams. Thanks
