Q: How to successfully create the report by uploading mp4 files if the meeting doesn't exist in the calendar?
I am not using Google Meet or Zoom.
My online conferencing software is GoBrunch.
Today, I tried uploading the video meeting to Jamy, but it didn't work!!
Nothing happened! Nothing really???
I noticed a “!” in the system, which leads me to believe there are some issues to address.
I would like to know if you recently implemented the requirement that a meeting must satisfy the following criteria to be processed: 1. It must exist in the calendar connected to Jamy. 2. It needs to have a valid meeting link. 3. It should include at least two participants.
If this is indeed the case, how can I utilize the Upload Video feature?
What steps should I follow to have Jamy process the video upload?

May 30, 2025A: None of those requirements apply when uploadong a file. Please raise a ticket through intercom so you can share meeting name and we can review.
