Q: Integrate in Placetel
Hello, I use the VoIP Service Placetel (www.placetel.de) as Software Phone. Can I integrate Jamy in order to automatically record and transcribe all calls?

Apr 14, 2025A: Yes. You can integrate any WebRTC or VoIP you work with, like Placetel, using our API. You can see how here: https://helpcenter.jamy.ai/articles/1664038. You only need the Placetel recording of the call.
