To have the reports in Italian, do we need to move to Tier 5? Another thing: we purchased Tier 2, and if I try to upgrade to Tier 5, it charges me the full Tier 5 price. Is that normal? At this point, would it make more sense to cancel Tier 2 and just purchase Tier 5? It doesn’t seem very logical to me.
