Q: Is it private or does it join the meeting too?

I'm looking for something for sales calls that can transcribe and take notes but which does not have to join the meeting. Does this work without joining the meeting?

I see you updated it to include the webhooks in the lower tiers which was a good move but still feel the tiers are off. Not everyone needs a lot of license so to have to pay for all those people to get custom prompts just don’t make sense for alot of people. You should drop it to like tier 3 which I bet you would get a lot more small teams to buy it. This is great for sales teams but generally we are like 3-5 and need the custom prompts which is the size of companies on appsumo so your just off on your tier structure. We like the tool so hope you can adjust it to make sense for most teams. Thanks
I use Krisp.ai which has a meeting summary feature without having a visible bot/note taker join meetings. Can it be done with Jamy capturing computer sound input and output and not a meeting note taker?
I just bought Tier 1 and uploaded a meeting recording. The 10 minutes were transcribed and summarized accurately in Spanish in just a couple minutes. Impressive! Question: can you add "time stamps" to the report? Pretty much the only feature I'm using (in tl;dv and in Fireflies) is the hability to summarize the meeting sections, like what we talked about in the first minute, then in minute 03:15 we start talking of this other topic, etc. I was a bit surprised it's not visible in the regular report. Please advice...
Hi there, We have meetings with a multilingual team, we all understand English, Spanish and Catalan. IS Jamy able to manage multiple languages in the same meeting? Our team meetings are fluid and people change between the 3 languages.
