Q: Report in Italian
To have the reports in Italian, do we need to move to Tier 5?
Another thing: we purchased Tier 2, and if I try to upgrade to Tier 5, it charges me the full Tier 5 price. Is that normal?
At this point, would it make more sense to cancel Tier 2 and just purchase Tier 5?
It doesn’t seem very logical to me.

Apr 28, 2025A: Hello. Reports are generated by default in the language of the call. To get the reports in several languages you would have to have access to Custom Report Templates which is part of Tier 5.
You should be able to upgrade and have you existing payment be deducted. We can review that with appsumo support.

It took me a while to figure the tier upgrade on AppSumo out, so I share it here:
You have to upgrade the tiers through the products page (at the upper right corner, where you have access to your profile, billings, etc.) In the "products" section, choose "change plan" from the drop down for Jamy. It will open a page with the available tiers and the already paid amount will be deducted.
