Hi there, yes they have a great job board! It\u0027s hard to say exactly what they\u0027re doing so well without talking directly to the owner but I know they have been around for a while. I think it\u0027s just a matter of following SEO best practices, good backfilling and good backlink building over time.\u000a\u000aTo add a horizontal banner you could add that using the page editor or some folks will use a featured job posts as a native ad.
