Currently Jobboardly is an extension of my site for social impact/nonprofit professionals. I was brainstorming with my team other ways to monetize our facebook group and our website that could be keyword - AUTOMATED and Jobboardly just kind of fell in line. I haven't made any money yet, but I love the idea of it doing it's own thing why I work on other projects.

I'm working on trying to get a good gage of use for getting a blog to help with SEO but we'll see if that's an option or keep my facebook group members funneled to here.

Kyle and the team have been an absolute delight in a world filled with poor customer service or bad stakeholder care attitudes. I think there's a lot of potential with this tool. Will update if any new advancements arise.

What Works Well:
Clean Design: Job Boardly has a modern, sleek, and intuitive design that makes it pleasant to use for both admins and visitors.
Fast Loading: The platform is impressively fast, ensuring a smooth user experience.
Ease of Use: Building a job board is straightforward, even for non-technical users. The setup process is simple, and the interface is user-friendly.
Good Backend UX: Managing the job board from the admin panel feels intuitive and efficient. All necessary features are well-organized.
Areas for Improvement:
Sitemap Accessibility:

The sitemap.xml is inaccessible to search engine crawlers like Google and Bing due to a 403 error. This significantly hampers SEO, which is critical for a job board’s visibility.
Job Backfill Issues:

Backfill jobs do not align with the specified criteria. For instance, a tech-focused job board imported irrelevant listings (e.g., unrelated fields like childhood education). Out of 250 imported jobs, only 2 were relevant but still not a perfect match.
Fine-tuning of the backfill job algorithm to respect filters and categories is needed.
HTML Header Embedding:

The embedded HTML for compliance tools (like cookie tracking) is not functioning properly. This could be a compliance risk for some users, especially in regions with strict data protection laws.
Stripe and Affiliate Integration:

While Stripe integration works great, the lack of native affiliate program support is a downside. A guide or built-in feature for adding affiliate functionality would be valuable.
Suggestions for Improvement:
Fix the 403 error on the sitemap.xml to improve crawler access and SEO performance.
Enhance the job backfill feature to better respect the specified criteria and job titles.
Resolve issues with embedded HTML in headers, ensuring seamless integration with third-party tools.
Provide guidance or features for affiliate program integration, expanding monetization options for users.
Final Thoughts:
Job Boardly has a lot of potential with its excellent design and usability, but it faces significant functional challenges that could deter professional users who rely heavily on SEO, relevant job backfilling, and advanced integrations. With targeted improvements, it could become a top-tier platform for creating and managing job boards.

It works flawless. This software is a business on its own, which i use to boost trafic to my Main brand and to add additional revenue streams. It also gives you an extra glow when it comes to social engagement. When i had some questions the founder Kyle consulted almost immediately and gave me additional perks. I' m very happy with this deal!

Job Boardly is kind of sneaky good. I almost did not do a review because I just did not want a lot of people knowing about this sneaky little tool. The reason why I decided to just tell people about this little gem is because I can just use it for a little passive income and value you add instead of trying to compete with the big dawgs.

I purchased a job board from Appsumo about 3.5 years ago and never made a dime after launching it. Why? Because I could never get jobs inside my board. Sure, it looked pretty with all the bells and shiny tools but they did not help me fill up the empty shell.

Job boardly helps you actually fill up your empty board. Love that feature and they also help you find ways to make money as well. I love what Kyle, and his team is doing over there. I am giving them a 5 taco because they have put together something really special over there but I don't want you to buy it... (Kyle knows what I mean here...lol) Keep up the good work Job Boardly.

I've used a few other job boards with huge monthly fees and job boardly does pretty much everything they do, and it's a simple and easy interface. Branding is fully customizable and the backfiller makes it super easy to bring in jobs from other places. That is a feature I've used on other job boards that was an upsell.
