Q: Previous Appsumo purchase - want to add extra Tier
Hello, your deal page says:
"Previous AppSumo customers who purchased JoggAI can upgrade their license to increase their feature limits."
I previously purchased Tier 3 and have bought another Tier 1 now. How can I redeem these to make a total of Tier 4?
Your email response to my inquiry was not helpful at all. I am not even sure if you understood my issue.

What we mean is that since quite a few people are requesting additional credits, seats, and workspace options, we might consider introducing an additional purchase plan in the future. It's not available yet.
zesourceWe can always add more credit but adding more credit doesn't give us enhanced features which starts on tier 3+. We really appreciate if you add an new plan for AS members. When you add the plan, all appsumo members can see it on their dashboard just like we see the credit purchase link. Thank you
