Q: Choosing link depending on platform
Is it possible to have the QR code point to a link depending on whether android / iOS? It would be helpful to direct users to app store or google play depending on the device (considering my QR is done to redirect to download an app). If not possible directly, any walk around for that?

Apr 10, 2025A: Thanks for your question! Unfortunately, we don’t support device-based redirects (e.g. iOS vs Android) within JoyQR just yet.
A possible workaround is to use a third-party link shortener or smart redirect service that supports device detection. You can then link your JoyQR code to that URL.
Alternatively, you can use a JoyQR Bio Page that displays two buttons — one for the App Store and one for Google Play — so users can choose based on their device.
