Doesn't connect with my company Wi-Fi
I Purchased this because my present QR app - not to be named - seems to be going out of business. I set up a QR code and I got an error "api.joy.com is currently unavailable" Their customer support responded very quickly (that's why they're getting a 3 taco instead of a one) with "Are you connecting through a company Wi-Fi? It’s possible that the company firewall is too strict blocking the api.joyqr.com URL. We are currently working on whitelisting this URL across different security companies to prevent this issue from happening in the future." I didn't have time for them to fix the issue. It might be worth it once they get it fixed.

Nov 18, 2024Thank you for your feedback. Troubleshooting company Wi-Fi setups can be challenging, as some may have overly strict firewall settings. That said, we haven’t received similar reports in the past year, so this issue appears to be rare.
