A: Thank you for your question. Language Spanish is already available, we will add country Mexico by Apr 29th. Yes Youtube Keyword Research will be available by May 12th. Looking forward to having you as a customer, see on the other side :)
Hi, I saw a video where someone said you can add a keyword but if you want to access the keyword data later , perhaps you click off the website or onto another tab, you then need to re-enter that keyword to get the data again, meaning credits will be consumed each time for the same keyword which doesn't seem right to me.
Can you confirm if this will be updated or has already?
Also, I see that the amount of keywords that are found is 1000? I don't want to compare to other tools but Writerzen can pull up thousands of keywords if available? Does this mean your database doesn't have as many keywords? Can you explain the benefit of your keyword search engine in comparison to Writerzen and why it might be better or more beneficial?
Can you compare to tools low "lowfuruits and Ahref" for better keyword research?
Yes, you can always review your search history and access the search results for all the keywords you've explored in the past. Additionally, you can export keywords each time you perform a search on a specific topic. Soon, we’ll be introducing features that allow you to sort and filter keywords in bulk, making research even more...

Q: Can I buy more credits directly from your website?
Your License Tier 1 ($59) plan looks good for my needs, but what happens if the 150 credits are fully used? Can I buy more credits directly from your website?
A: Hi Leonard, we're adding the ability for users to buy credits independently of the plan soon. It should be available by April 10th. We shall keep you informed on the same. If you need any help, please reach out to support@keywordly.ai and we shall revert soon.
Q: What countries, and local languages are already available for keyword research?
I am about to make a buying decision on Keywordly. Few questions...
Is there a languages roadmap?
Particularly for my needs, when will Mexico in Spanish be available to us?
Do we have any rough ETA for completion of the Youtube Keyword Research functionality to go live?
Thanks

Q: do credits expire or carry over?
do credits expire or carry over? it would be amazing if unused credits were stored for later use. esp with 150 being such a low volume to start with.

Hi Leonard, the email is support@keywordly.ai - domain name ends with .ai and not .io.
I hope that helps, looking forward to your email.
