No access - support not helpful at all
I have bought this deal twice. The first time I refunded because I thought I wouldn't need it and then bought again in January. And yes, I activated my account.
It used to work well too for the few videos I used it for.
Now I would really love to give a review about the newest version of Killerplayer that is apparently so amazing the price was recently doubled.
But I run into an Account Login Failure every time. Either my login has been removed or password reset emails are not arriving.
I wish I could tell you what exactly the problem is, but I don't know because support cannot tell me.
They are very nice and friendly, but fact is I have been waiting for 3 weeks now to get this sorted without any further feedback since last week when the issue was forwarded to the developer who is apparently travelling (without any internet access?).
I wish I could write something else. But all in all, very poor experience because I bought something I cannot use at all.
