For the kind of classes you described we use the terminology "Weekly drop ins". We unfortunately don't support that schedule type at the moment, and not serving these industries.

There are a lot of yoga instructors who use us for private sessions, one-off group classes, or even become an instructor like yoga certificate programs, however the drop in type of classes are not supported.

We do allow free sessions, but a service cannot be both free and paid at the same time. You will have to create "trial session" like services to facilitate such sessions.
