Q: Support

Is there any way to get support for this product? I set this up for a client but I don't even see a support option in the interface. I can't find any documentation on the website or... anywhere. I was trying to set the application up to only allow one booking a day or even better, only specific types of bookings on specific days. I don't know if this is possible or not, and I am asking on appsumo because I can't find support of any kind on the kiwilaunch site. Am I missing something?

A: Hello!
We have intercom messenger bubble at the right bottom of the page. We do a cookie check (as intercom uses cookies) and if intercom is not loaded, we are showing help button on the left side as a fall back, to guide you to reach support@kiwilaunch.com .
Our documentation is readily available at help.kiwilaunch.com, normally it is also linked from both.

as to answering your question(s): you need to decide elaborate a bit more what you mean. You can play with working hours, service schedule type, service duration and service buffer time to probably configure what you want. Please feel free to reach support for further questions!
