Good idea and good intentions, but some hateful characteristics.
The interface is clean and pleasant, the basic functionalities for contact management are present and also well-implemented, but I am requesting a refund for 2 fundamental reasons:
- they promised integration of personal SMTP, but from the roadmap it is clear that the idea has been abandoned, so it can only be used with Gmail;
- logging into the dashboard is done by entering your email, upon which you receive a link to click for access, which does not arrive for at least twenty seconds; this access method is already annoying for web apps that are accessed occasionally, but for a CRM it is an absurd waste of time and a source of stress (why not use a username and password, maybe with 2FA?!?).
Sometimes it’s the small things that make you lose trust (and customers).

Feb 6, 2025Hey there - first of all, sorry for the SMTP connection.
We tested multiple options to make this happen but we couldn't find one that can deliver full features with privacy protection with the cost we can support.
We instead decided to prioritise developing other channels (e.g. Linkedin / WhatsApp) for now.
For the login part, you can change your login method or add social login (Google or Linkedin) in settings page. I suppose you didn't see this option.
I fully agree small things matter. We always try to be as attentive as possible but sometimes we miss little spots here and there. Everyone's feedback has been super helpful for us to find and fix these.
For this, I also thank you for trying us out and hope we can meet again (with SMTP) in the future.
Best regards, Jung
