Q: Brand New...and Training Error

Just purchased and clicked on "Training" and got an error - Application error: a server-side exception has occurred (see the server logs for more information).
Digest: 631778439. Can't do anything, seems this is the initial step. I also purchased Tier2 and in app it says I need to upgrade for Top Keywords and Escalations, but it appears they are in Tier2, because there is no Tier3 with extra features. Please resolve.
