Q: Don't fall back on support please + Any roadmap?

Noticed you 'were' up to speed with answering questions on appsumo, plus the first ticket i sent your support was responded to in a day, the second one..2 days have gone and no response. Support is really important, especially for tools coming through AS..please don't allow that to falter no matter what. Do you all have a roadmap link?

A: Thanks for calling us out. Last Friday, we were focused on delivering our most requested feature: removing the “Powered by Kotae” line for all Tier 3 AppSumo users. Please accept my apologies for the delay in our support response, and thank you for your patience. Now that this release is live, my focus is back on supporting our users and I’m ready to assist you 😊

While we don’t maintain a public roadmap, given the rapid evolution of AI, I can share a few upcoming enhancements highly resonated with feedback from our AppSumo community:
- Multiple workspaces: to create and manage separate chatbots or workspaces under a single account. This will be ideal for different products, teams, or use cases.
- Expanded integrations: Support for Slack, and other major platforms are on the way, so you can engage users on their preferred channels in addition to Facebook Messenger in Tier 2 and 3.

If you have any pain points, feature ideas, or burning questions, please don’t hesitate to let me know. After all, a public AI roadmap is like a GPS in a hurricane—guaranteed to break your heart before it ever loads! 😉
