Kotae is honestly one of the best customer support chatbot I’ve tried. The answers it gives are actually accurate, and setting it up was way easier than I expected. I just uploaded a few files and it learned everything super fast. The website and dashboard look really clean and not confusing at all. What’s also cool is that there aren’t a bunch of annoying limits, even though it’s lifetime access. Plus, you can totally customize how it looks, which makes it feel like it’s really part of your site. If you want a chatbot that actually works and is simple to use, Kotae is definitely worth it!
