Q: Will future updates allow us to choose between either Verticle or Horizontal hierarchy view?
Great Tool! It would be beneficial if the update allowed users to choose between vertical or horizontal hierarchy. Different types of targets and goals can often be easier to visualize in varying layouts.
The flexibility to switch between vertical and horizontal structures could prove valuable for various reasons. It may enhance clarity when dealing with different KPI categories or when presenting to diverse audiences. Additionally, this option could accommodate individual preferences in data visualization.
While not essential, such a feature could significantly improve user experience and the software's versatility.
A: That will be possible with the new release in a few weeks. We will be switching the hierarchy to be horizantal instead of vertical which means labels will no longer be truncated. This will also mean that there will be much less space between nodes so more can be accommodated without the need for scrolling.
1) Tracking historical KPIs and subsequently creating reports to find gaps and holes where we can focus on. Is that something that is available with the service today?
2) If my understanding is correct, as a creator subscriber, I can create unlimited KARTAs but when I assign a KPI to an individual they MUST have a subscription to change anything on the system (including actual values).. is that right??
it kinda defeats the purpose of all this if I need to manually add actual values and/or send them a CSV to update and then import those values into the system..
3) Are you planning to offer an API so we can automate the above??
A: 1) Yes, if you go to the My KPIs tab, you can select History to see progress over time for each KPI. The load is slow but it works. 2) Yes, Creator can build unlimited Kartas. Yes, users who are asked to input their values need a Creator or Champion license. 3) Sorry, but currently we need to input values manually or via CSV. No immediate plans for auto-import.

A: If you assign a KPI to a member they will be able to edit their values. They will need a Creator or Champion license to do that. You can invite Member from the bottom left of the app. The alerts are set as monthly, but we are adding the Targets can be weekly so the alerts will then also be weekly. Alerts can be via email or at login
The system would work with multiple companies? I'm a consultant and would like to know if I could use it with various companies, can I share a tree with a group of users from one company and another with another company?
Regarding the language, if I provide the data in Portuguese, does it also perform the breakdown in Portuguese? Tks
