I run an app design agency and have worked with both Flutter and React Native (earlier) and my experience is that the performance in Flutter is just better. Don't really use React Native anymore. I think Flutter provide a better user experience. And so I focus on Flutter at the moment. And very few tools seem to support it.
Locofy, Builder.io etc have support coming/in beta but at this point they are not useable. Also there are app builders like Flutterflow and Nowa where the Krisspy/Figma combo could very useful in producing the first ux and ui etc. only to continue those tools to finish.
Currently I use UX Pilot which works great, but obviously it does not have the code part.
