Q: Krisspy say one thing and do another!

That's a lie! I bought Tier 3 and there's nothing included in the PRO and TEAM plans.
There's no UI Kit, no Custom Brand Kit, no on-demand credits, and nothing promised.
I'm waiting for a response or I'll ask for a refund, especially because I couldn't find any documentation for the tool, and so I'm having to use my credits to learn how to use it, it's absurd!

First, your Tier 3 AppSumo deal maps to our Team plan, and includes:

✔️ Full Team workspace access

✔️ Smart Prototype, High Fidelity, Copilot AI
✔️ Unlimited applications & screens
✔️ Private training data (BYOK)
✔️ White Labeling — which is normally reserved for Enterprise clients only
So to be clear: you currently have access to features beyond the standard Team plan. We're fully honoring the deal and even going beyond what was initially included.
UI Kit, Brand Kit & Credit on Demand
These features are listed in the Team plan and will be added to your Tier 3 access as they roll out.
No features are being removed or held back — we're just actively shipping, and AppSumo users will get access as soon as they go live.

However, on your website and here on AppSumo, you promise features that don’t even exist yet? How is that possible?
So if you make promises and don’t deliver, there’s nothing I can do.
There’s no option for themes (there are only two so far), and you promise much more than that.
There’s no “Convert to UI” feature.
There’s no documentation.
What should I?
