Q: Questions on Code ownership , duplicate edit, reuse , commercial use and multi tenancy

Hello Team,
Thanks for coming to AppSumo
1) I believe we own the codes and figma files generated by us . Please confirm
2) Does this license allow us to duplicate the prototype and make further modifications / edits for a different client instead of redoing from scratch ? Will such duplication consume similar credits as fresh generation

3) if we deploy the final product to our clients are there any license key or something that we need to transfer it to them ? Or once the figma and react codes are exported there is no dependency on Krisspy and we are free to use the output however we want to ?

4) does this also mean , if we could not complete the development , can we allow the client to further develop themselves or even have the commercial rights to sell the figma designs and the react code to our clients if we they want to modify?

A: Yes, a big YES to everything! 🎉

✅ Full Ownership: Everything you create (code & Figma files) is 100% yours.
✅ Reuse & Modify: You can duplicate, edit, and adapt your work for other clients.
✅ No Dependencies: Once exported, no ties to Krisspy—use it freely.
✅ Commercial Rights: Sell, transfer, or let clients develop further as they wish.

You have complete freedom over your creations! 🚀

Hello Team, My Question went for "need Moderation" yday while I saw comments after me were seen in the forum. I could'nt take benefit of better price. I still purchased T4 just mins before price increase.if you could repsond it would be great. I'll also wait for Appsumo's response & decide about keeping/ returning it. Fellow Sumolings, would all of your questions also go to moderations ?

Cool. Thanks a lot. Forgot to ask you, will the code export also have documentations ? if not , could you include them too. Also how much credits will duplicate consume

The team will send a survey to all users to better understand your needs on this feature :) Duplicate a screen is 0 credit
