Q: Watermark issue.
I signed up for the free trial on your website but had to end up paying the $9 for 12 videos because I wanted to test the videos so badly before I bought it here on AppSumo, only problem is 2 of the 3 videos I generated so far has a watermark on them...
Why did that happen on a paid account?
And how do I get rid of the watermark?
Also can a video be edited after it has been rendered?
Can I play a video before it is rendered in case I need to make changes?

We’re really sorry for the confusion — let’s clear things up:
Watermark Issue
That should not happen with paid credits. Most likely, you were logged into a different/free account when generating the videos.
👉 Please contact us at support@kubrix.ai with the email you used to purchase the credits.
After we review your account, we will add back extra credits equal to the number of watermarked videos you created. So you can recreate them without any cost — and without watermarks.
Can Videos Be Edited After Rendering?
Currently, you can't edit a video after it's been rendered. But we’re working on a scene-by-scene editing preview, coming soon!
Can You Preview a Video Before Rendering?
For now, you can preview voice styles using the play button before generating the video. Full video preview before render is not available yet — but it’s on our roadmap.
