Disappointing so far
The design of their webpage is visually appealing, and the promotional video on AppSumo is impressive. The interface is attractive; however, I've encountered issues while attempting to generate a quiz using three different PDFs—two in English and one in Spanish. Unfortunately, the system consistently displays an error message stating, "Oops, we are experiencing problems." I'm relieved I decided to test this with Tier 1. Additionally, I noticed there's no help button available. If I don't receive assistance promptly, I will request a refund and keep the negative review here as a warning to others.
