Q: Compare to Google solutions
Why do I need this if for a small fee per month one has Google business standard which includes so many tools including AI tools. I just don't get it.

Great question! Google Workspace Business Standard provides subscribers with a lot of different tools from documents to meetings to AI and even forms. It would be disingenuous for us to claim we could provide as much combined value through KYZON Space and Flow alone.
So we focus on improving the meeting experience in ways that Google Meets does not currently support.
If during an online meeting with a client or your team, you want to review and edit some draft scripts or contracts that are stored on your Google Drive, you can simply open them in a KYZON Space meeting so everyone can work on it in real-time.
When working with clients, they may not always use the Google ecosystem, instead preferring to store their documents as Word, Excel or PowerPoint formats. In KYZON Space, you can directly upload these Microsoft formats to the 'Meeting files' or share them from your Dropbox or OneDrive and everyone can again start working on them in real-time.
There's always the argument for screen sharing being suffice for these situations. It might be since that's the way everyone has been doing things up to now. But we've found for edits longer than a couple of sentences, participants having control over specifically what and directly where they can edit leads to more engaged, productive and overall more efficient sessions :)
When presenters share PDF presentations in KYZON Space, the presenter can have the confidence knowing the viewer is seeing a high quality synced presentation even when the network connection is not the greatest. As viewers, they get more out of longer presentations since they can scroll back through the slides to review information they may have missed, something they couldn't do without interrupting the presenter if they were screen sharing.
There are times when teams need to split off into open spaces to discuss and work on specific agenda points before being able to return to the larger meeting. Because Google Meets do not currently support this use case, teams could consider KYZON Space as a platform to support this type of work flow.
Overall we can't claim to replace the entire Google Workspace suite (if only! maybe one day!) but we like to think of KYZON Space as a video collaboration platform that allows you to get more out of the other Google tools you're already using but now during your meetings. With the added flexibility of supporting other document formats like the Microsoft suite, PDFs and open spaces to spread out.
Hope that adds some perspective into what value (as a subscription or as a LTD), KYZON Space might add on top of your and other's Google Workspace subscriptions.
Let me know if there's anything else I can help clarify and appreciate the interest :)
